Website development cost in Noida in 2026 runs from about ₹10,000 at the bottom of the market to ₹1,00,000 for a five to ten page business site, and past ₹3,00,000 when a cart, payments or an admin panel are involved. Our own published prices start at ₹7,999 and stop at ₹34,999 for a custom build, which puts us near the bottom of the range rather than in the middle of it.
This guide shows the bands Noida agencies actually publish, why two quotes for the same five pages come back five times apart, and the yearly bill that never appears in the first email.
What a website costs in Noida in 2026
Here are our one-time prices. No hourly billing, no “starting from” asterisk.
| Package | Pages | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | 1 landing page, WhatsApp and enquiry form, Maps, SSL | ₹7,999 |
| Catalog | Up to 4 pages with product or service catalogue | ₹8,999 |
| Growth | Up to 6 pages, blog, on-page SEO | ₹19,999 |
| Business | Up to 8 pages, CMS blog, schema, 3 months support | ₹24,999 |
| Professional | Custom UI, booking or enquiry system, API integrations | ₹34,999 |
Now the same question answered by four agencies that publish Noida rates:
| Agency | Published band | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Hungercat | ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 | Essential 5-page site ₹20,000, Professional 10-page ₹30,000, e-commerce ₹50,000 |
| Promotive | ₹19,999 to ₹79,999 | Corporate from ₹19,999 for up to 10 pages, e-commerce from ₹49,999, custom from ₹79,999 |
| Codingclave | ₹15,000 to ₹3,00,000 | WordPress ₹15,000 to ₹60,000, business site ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000, store ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000 |
| Hyperlabz | ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 | Marketing sites and small stores |
Every row is honest. They describe different products wearing the same three words.
The comparison that matters is not agency against agency, it is what sits inside the number. Hungercat’s ₹20,000 and our ₹7,999 are both “a five-page website”. One includes a decade of NCR office rent and a sales team. The other does not. Decide which of those you want to pay for before you decide the price is wrong.
Why Noida quotes come back five times apart
A ₹7,999 site is one hand-coded page with your content in it. A ₹1,00,000 site is a designed system with a catalogue and someone rewriting your copy. Nothing mysterious happens in between. The gap sits in three places.
The first is overhead. An agency with a Sector 18 office, a business development team and a project manager layer carries costs a small studio working remotely does not. NCR commercial rent is not a rounding error. You pay for it whether or not the site gets better.
The second is whether anyone designed your pages. A purchased theme retailing at a few thousand rupees, with your logo dropped into it, is routinely sold at a custom price. The tell is simple: ask for the theme name, or ask why the layout exists. A designer can answer the second question. A reseller cannot.
The third is wording. Starter, Standard and Premium mean whatever the seller decided that morning, so the tier name tells you nothing about effort. A written scope that names every page and every revision round is the only version where two quotes can be compared line by line.
One thing worth knowing while you research: most of the pages ranking for Noida website cost are not written by Noida companies. The Codingclave cost page above carries “Codingclave Lucknow, India” in its own page title. That is not a criticism of their work, it is a warning about the advice. A studio quoting Noida rates from another city is describing a market it reads about. Ask any vendor where they are, and ask what that means for how you will talk to them at 6pm on a Friday.
The yearly bill nobody puts in the quote
Need a website built properly?
Fast, modern, fully owned — from ₹7,999, delivered in 1–2 weeks.
Chat on WhatsAppSee pricingLaunch day is a one-time cost. Running a website is not.
Your domain renews every year, and the renewal price usually sits above the first-year offer that got you in. Hosting for a static site can be free on Cloudflare Pages, which is where we deploy. On shared hosting where the site needs PHP and a database, expect a few hundred rupees a month rather than a one-off payment. An SSL certificate is free everywhere now, so anyone charging separately for a basic one is selling you air.
Then there is maintenance. A site that never changes slowly rots: a form stops sending, a plugin needs a security patch, a phone number changes and nobody updates the footer. You either pay a small retainer or you call someone once a year and pay more. Budget for one of those, and make sure the retainer price is in the original quote rather than invented at month thirteen.
Content is the line item people forget entirely. A six-page site with three paragraphs per page needs about 1,800 words written to a plan. If you write it, the cost is your evenings. If someone else writes it, it is usually the largest single item on the invoice.
What moves the price most
Page count gets the blame and deserves least of it. The jumps that actually cost money are:
- A product catalogue. Twenty products with photos and categories need structure and a template system.
- Payments and accounts. The moment money or logins enter the picture, you need a backend and a security review.
- Content you do not have. Photos taken on a good phone are free. A photo shoot, or a copywriter starting from a blank page, is not.
- Multiple languages. Two languages doubles the content problem and adds routing that has to be right the first time.
- Custom design. A layout for a B2B engineering supplier and one for a Noida film studio should not look alike. Making them different is the work.
In Noida specifically, corporate buyers add two line items that retail clients never ask about. One is an admin panel, because someone in marketing wants to edit the team page without emailing a developer. The other is procurement paperwork: a proper GST invoice, a purchase order reference, and a vendor form. Neither is expensive. Both surprise first-time buyers who have only compared headline prices.
Noida is a B2B market, and the site has to match
The businesses buying websites in Noida are not the same mix as Lucknow or Kanpur. The work clusters around three groups: IT and ITES companies in and around Sectors 62, 63 and 15A, corporate and back-office teams along the Noida Expressway, and the industrial belt that continues into Greater Noida. Those buyers are comparing suppliers on evidence, not browsing.
That changes what the site has to do. A visitor from a corporate procurement team wants to see who you are, what you have delivered, and whether you will still answer in year two. They will check your page speed, because they will open it on a locked-down office machine and on a phone. They will look for a real address, and they will notice if the same stock photo appears on four competitor sites.
For a Noida startup, the site is a sales asset that gets forwarded internally. If a founder sends your link to a CFO, the page has ten seconds to look like a company that will exist next year. That is a design and copywriting problem, not a hosting one.
Cheap, affordable, and the month-four problem
Two ₹7,999 sites can be completely different purchases. One is a hand-coded page you own. The other is a page-builder subscription where the ₹7,999 covers setup and the real bill is a monthly charge for as long as the site exists, plus a site that cannot move anywhere else without being rebuilt.
The tell is simple. Ask who owns the code and the domain after launch, and ask for the renewal price in writing. If everything lives in the vendor’s account, you are renting a website rather than buying one. The long version is in why code ownership changes the real price.
A second tell sits in the timeline. A five-page site delivered in four days was not designed for you. It was pulled off a shelf, and the content was fitted into it. That is a legitimate product at a legitimate price. It is just not the one most Noida quotes imply.
Seven questions before you pay an advance
Get these answers in writing before you compare two Noida quotes. Most arguments after launch are about a question that was never asked.
- How many pages, and are they named in the quote?
- Is the design built for me, or is it a purchased theme with my logo on it?
- Who writes the content, and how many revision rounds are included?
- Who owns the code and the domain on launch day?
- What recurs every year, and at what price?
- What happens if my form breaks on a Saturday?
- Can I see two sites you built that are still live, with the client’s contact details?
Any vendor who cannot answer question four in one sentence is telling you something useful.
Where to go next
Our Noida page lists what each package includes and how a remote build works from Sector 62 to Greater Noida, and the pricing page has every line. If you want the all-India picture before you decide, the national website cost guide puts the published agency bands side by side.
Comparing the same question in another city? The Lucknow cost guide covers the quotes local businesses collect there. If you are weighing an agency against a freelancer, the comparison guide is the honest version of that conversation.
